That’s Olivia trying to buy a 5 cent piece of candy. Every kiosk makes you shop from outside the store and behind a locked gate.

Hah. Not really though! If you go to Avenida Santa Fe, Corrientes, Once or most anywhere really there are also some large kioscos that are totally open. There's also a great discount candy place at the corner of Alvear and Pueyrredon. Hope you're having fun, though! Roy :) (native Porten~o)
